Cancellation Policy

Every plan is expected to start with a free trial and no credit card is required to begin, so there is nothing to cancel during the trial unless you have already added a payment method. If you decide not to continue, simply stop using the Service — you will not be charged.

You can cancel an active subscription from your account's Billing settings, or by contacting us directly. Cancelling stops future renewals — your subscription remains active and billed features stay available through the end of the period you've already paid for.

If you only need fewer features rather than none at all, you can switch to a lower-tier plan instead of cancelling outright — your data and history stay intact either way, only the feature set changes. Full cancellation stops billing entirely and pauses every paid feature.

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or business data. Your records remain exactly as you left them; paid features are paused until you resubscribe. You can export your data at any time, so it's never locked in.

You can resubscribe at any time by choosing a plan from your account's Billing settings. Reactivating restores access to paid features immediately — your historical data was never deleted, so there's no re-import or setup needed.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not itself entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged. See our Refund & Return Policy for the limited cases where a refund applies.
